Yes, pets are welcome with prior approval. An additional pet fee applies and must be selected during the booking process.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:

Pets must be house-trained and under the owner's control at all times.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused during their stay.
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in additional fees or the removal of the pet from the property.
Certain breed, size, or quantity restrictions may apply.

Service Animals

AIG Dallas Rentals welcomes guests traveling with trained service animals in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Service animals are not subject to pet fees.

For the comfort and safety of all guests:

Service animals must remain under the handler's control at all times and be house-trained.
Guests may be asked the two questions permitted by applicable law to determine whether an animal qualifies as a service animal.
